Hi, my name is Rachel.
I started my professional makeup journey going back 8 years ago - although, if you'd allow me to humble brag, I was pretty good at it even before I got that certificate! *wink wink*
I offer a variety of makeup and hairstyling; photographic, bridal, events, and on set work. Although I would describe my style of work to lean on the side of soft glam - bold eyes with a skin like finish - I do believe it's important to be versatile. So if you're that full glam, full coverage gal, or prefer your makeup to look "barely there", I've got you.
What does it mean to be cruelty free? Being cruelty free means I have committed to only stocking my kit with products & brands that have not been tested on animals (so no MAC here).
The brands I use consist of both readily available brands in SA, like Kryolan, Inglot, and Ofra; as well as international brands, like Tarte, Viseart, Natasha Denona, and a few others.
Where can I find your pricing? My pricing is freely available on site, with the exception of my photographic & on set work. You're welcome to contact me directly.
Where are you based? I am currently based in Westville, and do travel out for a small extra fee.
